45 years after its launch, Transacmer does not wish to build its reputation on its turnover and record sales but rather on its seriousness and credibility which, deriving from a deep knowledge of a region’s history and market, enable us to have an insight into 45 years in real estate business and to understand today’s market as a whole as well as to anticipate the future. We are convinced that one should not make a clean sweep of the past but on the contrary remember past decades; and by doing so, we are fully armed to reread the past and adapt it to the present while gaining excellence and legitimacy. It also requires establishing a collective memory to enable us to trace each town, suburb and estate back to its origins as well as to provide each seller or buyer with a full understanding of his/her personal and professional background, desires, obligations and constraints, reactions and so on…Our aim is not to monitor this geographical and human environment but to be on constant intellectual watch and keep informed about what does or does not make a market: general current affairs, economic and financial trends, geopolitical events, companies’ dynamics, the way line items evolve and the psychological and economic habits of our customers.
